IRI’s Street Vendor report was featured at the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) in Brooklyn, in an exhibit that feels like it was designed to bring the IRI survey to life!
There are real-live food carts and films of vendors and explainers about everything from protests to how to run a cart. Small street-vendor snacks are included in the price of admission. And at every turn, data is cited from IRI’s report on Street Vendors in New York, produced in coordination with the Street Vendor Project.
Shamier Settle, Ant Capote, and David Kallick (pictured below) had a great time visiting.
The exhibit has been up since December, but it closes on Sunday, June 28. Go see it if you can!
