On behalf of the New York State Census Partnership Shamier Settle testified in Albany during a joint legislative budget hearing urging lawmakers to invest in state funding for census outreach to ensure every New Yorker is counted. With the 2030 census approaching, the decisions made now will shape New York’s future for the next decade.
